Payment

Inventory ApS accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Applepay.
Payment will not be deducted from your account until the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.

The amount will be deducted from the card of the cardholder to whom the product is shipped by the company.

All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT.

Delivery and Shipping

The delivery time for your order is 1-5 days.

Inventory ApS uses GLS – Privat, PostNord – Privat to ship your ordered items.

Freight costs are calculated based on the weight of the items.

You can choose whether you want your shipment to be sent to your home address or to the nearest parcel shop.

You will receive a Track & Trace number when shipped, which you can use to track the shipment at any time.

Service for B2B customers:

Our company uses customer information when providing services to business customers (B2B) to strengthen customer relationships, improve service quality and provide necessary collaboration support. If you regret your purchase (cancellation)

Inventorium ApS offers a 14-day full refund for goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.

You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

The request for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your exercise of the right of cancellation/cancellation.

Condition of the item you returned

You are responsible for the condition of the product and for any loss in value of the goods caused by handling the product other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means you have to try out the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested/used in addition to that described above, it will be considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a refund of a small part or no part of the purchase amount. It is the responsibility of Inventory ApS to assess the condition of the item.

Guarantee

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all defects in software, materials and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Inventory ApS within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the goods. We consider a maximum of months to be a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint waives the right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

Inventory ApS will cover the return shipping costs to an appropriate extent.
